Cauis got his sword and powers plus he can become Chaos Bahamut. In his alternate form.
Ulquiorra got his sword and all his powers plus he can become his 2 alternate form.
Before anyone reply, keep this in mind that Cauis is not immortal and he does not stop time in this fight.
The battle takes place in Las Noches

Ulquiorra is easily in my top 3 fav Bleach characters and would like to debate such a thread.
Unfortunately I have no idea who his opponent is. Any videos of feats?

I cannot help but be extremely disappointed you guys. I though this fight would be epic Ulquiorra Vs Cauis would be good fight.
