Fights in comics by themselves are not strong arguments, unless they are villains taking on entire teams.
Thor fights down to his opponents all the time, Namor being one of them. He has ko'd a soaking wet Namor with a punch before as well.
Hulk is super variable, especially around the times Namor was competitive with him. It doesn't mean he's anywhere close to actually being on Hulk's strength level just because he gets to share some punches with him long ago.
Thing is another good example. He's quadrillions of times weaker than Hulk. Literally. But you can always expect him to get at least one good blow in against the Hulk, since comic fights always undersell differences to make things a bit more eventful.
Namor is closer to Thing in strength than Thor, and especially Hulk.
Namor's actual strength feats that belong to him(and not just lazy osmosis afforded due to fights), are things that Kratos can match, hence the thread.

In the posted scan Namor took a Mjolnir toss to the back of his head that caused a crater around him, and was mostly mad. He'd just fought the F4, and was pretty dry.
As for hanging with Thor, look at it for yourself.
I never claimed that Namor was as strong as Hulk, only that he has beaten Hulk multiple times, which is true. He's also, while in water, bonked heads with Hulk hard enough to send him flying out of the ocean and revert back to Banner. This also caused earthquakes and tsunamis.
Namor is not as strong as Herc, let alone stronger, even in water. Yes he had a good back and forth with him long ago, but Herc has also proven to be stronger than him, even underwater, at later times by powering through things Namor could not.
Herc also smacked away a fresh out of water Namor in Incredible Hercules a few years back under Pak.
But yes, lets make this take place on the Island of the Fates.
Atlas is still holding up the world in God of War 3.
He's strong enough to hold up the world with even just 3 of his 4 arms--seeing as he used one hand to try to crush Kratos.
In God of War 3 Poseidon's death caused the water levels to rise drastically, such that a lot of mountains were swallowed up.
Lake Michigan by itself has 1,300,000,000,000,000 gallons of water. Which is about 41 trillion tons of water. Poseidon probably added, I dunno, at least another quadrillion tons (low balling really) of water to the entire surface, and Atlas was still holding it up with no apparent strain (seeing as the world still existed. )
Kratos still stopped himself from being crushed, and this is before he was as strong as he was in GOW3.

Atlas was explicitly not trying to crush Kratos in that scene in GoW2, no one else noticed the dialogue?
Anyway, if Namor's taken it down a peg recently, neat, I still have my doubts Kratos can handle him. Thing beating him is kind of ridiculous though, is there any context I should be aware of? :/
Also, did Poseidon's death explicitly create more water rather than say, thaw some out? This is pretty unrelated but I'm curious, lol. Mountain height water levels sounds interesting.

But you wouldn't know as you rest your head.
And Namor fought Luke Cage and Thing during AvX. Luke even got a few good punches in underwater no less. But to be fair, the Avengers were getting wanked unceremoniously throughout that entire arc.
There should be, so they're both at full strength. But if there isn't and Namor needs to be gimped, we can safely assume that there will be water once Kratos starts pissing himself in doubt and fear.
