Fight takes place in Silent Hill.

Winchester bros have their sawed off shotguns, handguns and stakes/knives(they will use real ammo)

Leon will have his desert eagle, a hunting rifle, his knife and painkillers.

Dean no. Depends on what season Sam.

But I don't know enough about Leon. But being Resident Evil I'd say he probably take it. Sam and Dean while fight things super human they usually get their butts handed to them. Though to be fair these days its usually Demons and Angels they have to contend with..

Unless you bloodlust the Winchesters you're getting them beaten. They tend not to kill humans, only monsters. So with real ammo in the guns, they wouldn't fire them. But I have no problem believing that 2 one 1 lets them win otherwise.
