He's the closest thing to "comics book Bayonetta with penis" in terms of origin, being withchbred. So the team will have "one half-demon and one withch/warlock" each without men being too dominating in power level...

For combat the best things I've seen are building level magic blasts, several magic spells and hax (mind, soul, other mumbo jumbo etc). Best thing is probably his ability to copy some powers from whoever he touches.
This does make team-testosterone more fair, but still claiming the win.

For further information - a comic book Raven respect thread, though for it being fair the final lineup is
Dante and Sebastian Faust as male half-demon and warlock duo
Raven (comics or animated - I'm undecided) and Bayonetta for female analogue of the same thing.
Damien is indeed an overkill given that he inherited his father's piece of hell's domain at some time and is a legitimate hell lord.
