(The Storyline) The Story goes Alucard sick of fighting weak opponent. He wanna fight someone whom worthy of his powers. He learn about Spawn existence. So He wanna do battie with him as he see Spawn a Monster just like him. Alucard was over joy as he stand in front of
Spawn and simply taunt him) Alucard: "At last someone whom worthy of mine powers" Spawn did not responds as he simply stare at Alucard and ready for battie.
The battle Take place within Hell itself. The level of 8 of Hell where Spawn is the king. Alucard when to level zero and unleash his army of undead. While Spawn unleash his army of Hellspawn to battle Alucard army. Then Spawn and Alucard do battie each other while their army clash

if we go with king of hell spawn….Alucard Is going BYE BYE. Spawn has possesses vast supernatural powers. He is essentially invincible to anything other than heavenly weapons witch Alucard do not possesses any kind. Here list of Spawn powers
*-Hell Blast. - Can melt the gates of heaven.
*-Super Strength - I cant calculate I think its around Coleuses level or more.
*-Super Speed - Has bien shown to Fly, React, and teleport at vary, extremely high speed.
*-Transmute- Like full metal Alchemist, he can transmute objects to his will - No seals!
*-Reality Warping- He altered his own reality (himself), As king of hell he can alter reality of hell itself!.
*-Super Healing, Has bien shown to heal at Deadpool, Hulk, Lobo rate. That's not bad at all. He dosnt need to use his powers to heal. As long as there is a form of a living person or creature and has don a "Sin" he can use that as a secondary source of power to heal its self.
*-His suit- It acts like a symbiote like Venoms only stronger. No weakness so far, and has auto protecting features to aid the host.
*-Has Spiderman like senses or Precog thanx to the suit.
*-Can teleport, Himself or others to where ever he wants.
*-High resistance and damn near absolute Immunity to poisons and such.
*-Has to power to make potent poisons.
*-Has Psychic powers. So far he can read minds compared to God Like Cable. (Yup he two once linked his mind to all living things on earth to locate a certain someone more than once.)
*-Can tolerate high levels of mind ****ing.
*-Stop Time.
*-His Chains, are nearly indestructible, and acts at the will of his command (Kinda like Shuns from Saint Seiya, but with way more consistent feats.)*- He can do some serious mind ****ing ala Ghost Riders Penace Stare.*- Thanks to his ability to transmutation, hi can make potent poises on the tip of his finger nails.
Spawn would stomp Alucard to nothingness it’s not even REMOTELY CLOSE. Cause Spawn has too much magic and powers at his disposal. His true source of his powers comes from necroplasm. a energy that has the power to bend the laws of Reality And giving power of Spawn ability to create almost anything on any kind situation. Including resurrecting the dead, firing blasts of necroplasmic energy, teleportation, shapeshifting, flight, and curing the sick. ghtspeed travel/ interdimensional teleportation, seal breaking, regeneration+diminsion creation, telekinesis, phasing, creation of objects from nothing, ability to will his powers to damn near whatever level he wishes,
Spawn can even defeate the current Alucard whom has Schrodinger powers.
Indeed I do. Spawn was granted powerful Telepathy/Empathy. He can mind rape the hell out of Alucard or use his version of the Penance Stare which would be absolutely devastating against Alucard. In Spawn anime series Spawn mind **** Chapel by showing his past sin witch left him a vegetable….It would not matter if Alucard had Schrodinger powers. It won’t help once Alucard Become a vegetable……..

Yep that the one. Now although I do not have a scan but in some point in comic books. Spawn cornered Jason Wynn, and "ripped" all the skin from Jason's body. At least, that is what Jason's mind thought, proving that Spawn has an power to mind rape with his Telepathy/Empathy Ability
I know whom you talking about. Zorin the big woman with a purple eye in her hand. But If I recall what she just create illusions on people mind? Where Spawn can do more then that create illusions.
