definitely Jake. after his fist fight with the Ustanak in RE6, it's pretty safe to say that a few punches from him will bring down Bane very, very quickly.

Jake could beat Nolan's Bane. Jake did fight the Ustanak but the fight was riddled with CIS. Several times the Ustanak grabbed Jake and instead of killing him he just slammed him on the ground. The best Jake did was knock him into the lava and the Ustanak came back minutes later, it isn't like the he hurt him, just that the Ustanak wasn't a skilled fighter.
On the other hand, Jake was unable to take 4 Javo that jumped him at the end of Jake and Sherry chapter 4. He fought some of them off but it only took 4 of them to restrain and beat his ass and capture him. With that, Comic Bane would kill Jake in about 30 seconds tops.
