The only 2 versions that can take down Cunningham is the 2003 toon version where he got super ninja powers, an energy blasting sword and the ability to turn into a giant dragon.
And the version right after in cyberspace where he could summon badass weapons, powers, and tech.

Really? Randy has more options, but I'm pretty sure leo is stronger and a better swordsman.

Randy has some pretty superhuman strength/durability feats. In several episodes. He also has esoteric energy powers that Leo can't fight against. Like his sandjas and the sand worm and stuff like that.
Also, Randy's pretty beastly in the swordplay division.
