Comic Cap is a street-leveller in name only. His actual feats should easily put him in the meta tier at least, and he has had his fair share of good feats against people ranging from class 50s to class 100s over the decades.
The problem with giving comic Cap prep is that Marvel 616 is filled with objects/weapons that could one-shot movie Hulk; several of which Cap could easily acquire.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
I don't think so, there was the instance in Fallen Son when he beat Hulk senseless but people like to use Cap's highest showings and ignore his more regular ones.
