Galactus (humanoid form) vs. Green Lantern (Hal)

Hal is now facing Galactus. The fight is in Manhattan. Hal is having no trouble with fear. As the title says, Galactus is in his Humanoid form, NOT the gas-cloud form in Fantastic Four: Silver Surfer.
Two rounds:
1. Both are Comic versions
2. Hal is his movie version, Galactus remains comic version (as his only movie version is in the gas cloud state).

Who wins each and why?

Yeah, it will be rather shortlived for Hal though...

I guess I should have learned a little more about Galactus then, because I had no idea he was so powerful.

But Hal was able to defeat Paralax, so wouldn't that be comparable to Galactus, or are those two completely different power levels?

You could give him a blue power ring and he'd still have no hope.

That is movie Parallax, who is an ant to Comics Galactus.

Comics vs Movies - Comics usually win. Can anyone think of an exception?

Movie Doctor Manhattan has every feat the comic version has plus more (His power was used to destroy several cities), so I guess it could be argued that he'd take a majority over his comic incarnation.

In fact, all of the Watchmen characters were far more impressive in the movie.
