1. Beerus is a casual universe buster, who could literally erase the entire cast of Naruto with a gesture, along with their entire planet/solar system/galaxy/universe.
2. Beerus has tanked and negated universe busting energies with the utmost ease, meaning he could tank literally everything that every single character in the Naruto-verse could throw at him all at once, without getting so much as a single scratch. Every attack from every character in Naruto piled onto Beerus all at once literally wouldn't be able to force so much as a blink out of him.
3. Beerus has literally flown across hundreds of galaxies in mere seconds before after waking up from a nap, with ease. The fastest character in Naruto, Minato, blitzed every other speedhouse in his series with mere light-speed transportation. Even the databooks refer to it as lightspeed warping. Even lowballing the feat, that clocks Beerus' casual travel speed at above 58,656,960,000,000,000,000 miles/second. Even with severe lowballing, that puts Beerus' casual travel speed in the ballpark of over 315,360,000,000,000, that's over 315 trillion, times faster than the speed of light. Madara couldn't even BEGIN to comprehend a fraction of that speed, which is still nowhere near his combat/reaction speed.
Beerus could literally casually stroll over and snatch Minato out of Hiraishin as he's moving through space, before proceeding to stuff him into Madara's anus.
4. Last but not least, Beerus is so far above Madara in terms of sheer skill, that he was able to fight against 8 other GoD's at once, that were all focusing on him. He has nearly mastered UI, meaning his body literally dodges for him. There is nothing Madara could do to tag Beerus, unless Beerus intentionally LET him do so. That's even if Beerus wasn't utilizing his massively greater speed to simply hakai everyone in Naruto before a single one of them could react in the first place.
So... Not only could Beerus kill Madara with ease, and come out unscathed- but adding literally every character from Naruto all at once wouldn't make the slightest bit of difference.
You could potentially argue there is one attack that could affect Beerus, and that's kamui. However, Beerus would instantly notice what the attack was doing as it was warping a piece of him away, and would move out of it's range instantly.
So... yeah. Literally anyone first form Frieza level+ could solo all of Naruto.
