I still have a ton of comics that I haven't searched for feats...those that are scanned there aren't even half of his appearences. I'll put up more tomorrow. Found a scan that says that he is faster then Batman, that should be with them too. 🙂

Are you refering to Catwoman saying he is faster than Batman? Because Nightwing also shows he is faster than her too in that issue when he gets to the jewel first.
