NEW Alpha Flight series revealed

"Are you accepting submissions of ideas for a new Alpha Flight?" he asked. Cebulski reluctantly agreed to hear his idea for a new Alpha Flight.

Bendis announced that he would change the name of the Canadian superhero team to Omega Flight, and he'd have Michael Avon Oeming write it with Scott Kolins on art.

Cebulski approved the idea right then, and announced that in 2007, the team of Oeming and Kolins, who were seen together most recently on Thor: Blood Oath, would be reuniting on an ongoing Omega Flight comic.

Yeah apparently he is one of the members of Alpha Flight that survived. There could be others who hadn't perished, but their not joining the team.

Yeah strong in power (not in planning or tactics), but if they were so powerful how come they were so quickly taken care of by the collective?

Even the new avengers minus Sentry could hold him of for a while.

Well as stated their mission was to talk to him, they even commented that Iron Man not do the same thing.

Ummm..this whole thing was to set up ALpha Flight for a new series, I suggest you check out Alpha Flight comics as they regularly took on skyfathers.

Anyway hopefully marvel doesn't plan on letting Wolverine on the team.
