Frank vs a creature as big as a mountain - goes inside of it an pulls its heart out:

Breaks out of Batman's Justice League prototype foam:

Breaks a high-tech forcefield. "Nothing is impossible"

Tanks a viral bomb/plague [and also, his blood melts people]:

Walks a good portion of 10,000 miles at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean:

Immune to the ROT:

Immune to a black bomb that eradicates every living thing:

Immune to dark matter parasites:

Gets devoured by the Otherkind, but holds on long enough to trigger a nuke [which he survives even in that condition]:

He has Archangel Michael's sword:

Shoots a fire troll through the head and then decapitates him with the sword:

Sword blocks Shazam's attack:

Decapitates and shoots through Parademons:

Cuts planes in half with his sword and solos an entire squadron in under 5 minutes:
