Not by me, but my friend ChaosTheory123 is trying to do a thread covering all of 616 Peter Parker's major appearances (4000+ as of this post), inspired by my Fantastic Four and Avengers threads.
He says he'll probably never finish, but he is trying.

If I was just trying to read it all, I could probably comfortably do it at my leisure in a year or 2 at a rate that doesn't break my back.
Biggest hurdle is I'm in a doctoral program for the next 5 odd years. I think I'll be lucky to reach Secret Wars tbh. Figured I'd try anyway.
