Nihl. Adi can put up a fight, but he is the third strongest in his order with good dueling and force. I'd put Talon over Adi, and Nihl beats Talon.

He cut off Wolf Sazen's arm and stabbed him in the gut (Wolf is no slouch), beats Talon in sparring, and when Cade was enraged in Claws of the Dragon and Nihl wounded by Cade's shrapnel bomb he still managed to put up a solid fight.

Also, like most Legacy major characters, he's killed plenty of rank and file Jedi and Sith.

Didn't he kill Kol Skywalker as well?

That was force lightning iirc.

Yep, zap to the back, after Kol decked him.

He has a few other force feats, like taking out Cade with TK once, the above was just his dueling.
