Gog of course is the villian from Kingdom Come He had powers granted to Him by Ganthet a Guardian Of The Universe, Highfather ruler of New Genesis, Shazam, and Zues (DC version) After that He had powers even greater then all of theres combined He owned Superman and every other JLA memeber it took a Superman with total power over Hypertime to stop Him i think He is still alive but has given up His mission to destroy Superman

Yuga Khan is the father of Darkseid He tried to discover the secrets of The Source and was traped for it when He escaped with what was said to be with the exertion that could shake planets He killed a whole planet to go back to full power after witch He returned to trying to take over the universe He effortleslly and single handedly defeated Pre-crisis Darkseid and Highfater as well as the armies of New Genesis The only thing that stopped Him was The Source reclaming Him and thus trapping Him upon The Source Wall.
