Question:Why does some Jedi Master's disapear when they die and some does not?

This has been bugging me for a while if anyone has the answear for this I will be very happy.
So far Ben disapear and so did Yoda but in the first star wars movie Gin gets burned to ashes but does not disapear.
Anyone wonder why this is?JM embarrasment

Oh heck! Yes, sorry JM, probably faster to look in earlier threads on this.

Quick summary: Jedi aren't meant to disappear; the reason why some do in the Original Films will be explained in Episode III. Hopefully.
