Miffed Why did the Living Tribunal let Dark Phoenix destroy a solar system?

LT is the ultimate overseer and judge of the multiverse, so why did he let DP destroy a solar system?

because the Phoenix ate the star from it's natural hunger......... much like how Galactus eats planets............. or it could be because he knew the phoenix would end up saving as many lives as it destroyed

A solar system doesn't merit his attention. Usualy not even a universe does.
