DareDevil, Spider-man, Iron Fist and Power Man vs. Mr. Freeze, Bang, Poison Ivy
I know Bang could distract them until DD tells Spidey where his weakness is but Poison Ivy would easily turn them all against each other and while their fighting Mr. Freeze will simply use the freeze gun.
