You didn't state ANY of the allowable equipment for Frank. Nor did you say how much (if any) rest he gets between the battles. Clarify your gauntlet a little.
What equipment does frank have? What equipment do all his opponents have?
Fully equipped with aresnals? And prepped? Alright, then. Frank lures all his opponents into a building, and sets off C4, whilst simultaneously shooting several rigged RPG's at the combatants.
AND dropping a hydrogen fusion weapon on top of the building.
Whilst also setting up several Anti-matter weapons.

yes he does gets rest between battles and his oppenents are equipped with the standard military weapons the US (Marines, Delta. Seals and soldiers) they are equipped with H&ks, M16's, frag grenades)
while the british SAS they're equipped with standard spec ops guns like h&k's and of course the russian spetsnaz uses AK's. And last but not the least the Punisher is equipped with a minigun, M16a2/m203 frag grenades, sniper rifle and knifes and etc
