The origin of Gogo's weapon?
Just recently I been watching an old classic Kung Fu movie call "The Master of the Flying Guillotine" One of the main stars of the film is Jimmy Wang Yu, and I think he knows QT. Well, anyways I was thinking that's were originally the idea of Gogo's weapon came from. Both weapons are fairly similar but not identical. Here take a look and judge for yourself:

There have been different versions of the Flying Guillotine. The Shaw brothers made their version of it in the movie "Xuedizi". Jimmy version is more creative and more fun to look at. I dunno if the Flying Guillotine did exist, but probably it did centuries ago.
