Wondy is 95 ton class. He is known to exceed that level.
She Hulk is 80-90 ton and recently has increased her level as well.
Who's got bigger bicepts? Who wins.

There are some conflicting continuities going on during that time period.

Since, at least, doubling her strength, I'd put her, at least, at class 170. Enough to take out Wondy.
