Warbird takes it with ease - she is way faster, a far more skilled fighter
and has a greater variety of powers. (flight & the ability to shoot
concussive energy bursts from her hands). The only advantage Shulkie
has is greater strength and this is not sufficient for her to win. If strength
alone was the determining factor in fights then massive bodybuilders &
power lifters would beat skilled martial artists.

It's not like it's impossible for a bodybuilder to beat up someone who is much more skilled, yet weaker than he is. Even for very skilled martial artists, beating up someone who is much bigger and stronger than they are can very difficult.
As for this fight, I agree that Warbird does have advantages with flight and blasts, but I wonder if those blasts powerful enough to knock out She-Hulk?
