Thanos at full power doesn't mean he can get the HOTU. When we mean full-power I doubt he means with HOTU. Then only the Presense and TOAA can beat him. Then its like Spiderman alone vs Galactus. Firstly it doesn't belong to him. And since when did he have it for over than a short special event. Darkseid at full power, said by the creator of both Darkseid and Galactus, is equal to Galan.
