no, dragon has about 3/4 of the speed and agility of spidey, which is much faster and more agile than the hulk, plus dragon puts up about 50 tons. Dragon also, like the hulk, has a leaping ability. And dragon's fighting abilities are on par with Cap or Wolvie.
where does it say that dragon can only lift 44 tons? thats grossly wrong, he is much stronger than that. dragon has stalemated superman once, though it was on some "gee i didnt know we were both good guys.....sorry"(yes im invoking bad writing). when he teamed up with supes on apokolips both of them walked thru those new gods like they were knee high swamp water plus dragon went to god world and beat down thor(image's thor) and a few other gods...plus he killed image's version of darksied.....yeah the hulk would win but no so easy.
it only looks like dragon is weak because just about every freaking enemy in his rogue's gallery is in his powerlevel. no wonder image comics pretty much went belly up and a lot of series....including dragon got cancelled. in fact, all the issues of dragon you see on the shelves are the ones that were supposed to come out 7 years ago. cuz the writers got lazy and they figured that it was too daunting for 5 or 6 ppl to create a whole universe. so they just put creativity on the back burner and just gave everybody speed strentgh and invulnerablity
thats why if you read dragon you see all these gimmicky references to other comic companies cuz they just consciously rip off stuff and try to meld the image universe to the others. in fact, when you look at the issue where richocet and that big red guy got married you could see hulk, thing, wildc.a.t.s and a few others in the background barely visible and shit.
Dragon is actually one tough hombre..he has healing abilities on par with the hulk..and is a much better fighter...still gotta give it to Hulk though..Dragon's best bet is to go and get "Joey Finkleberry." If Joey enters the fray..Hulk doesn't stand a chance..(Note* for those of you who don't know..Joey is a Dragon Character)
