i have a general rule: whenever somebody with no long range capability is fighting someone with long range capability (especially someone as accurate and powerful as cyclops), they will lose unless they are pretty durable.

sabertooth is just a big human with a healing factor that wishes it was as good as wolverine's.

Cyke actually has taken him out before in the Sabretooth one shot.

K.O'd him with a small force beam that hit him in the forehead like a bullet.

You know nothing about Victor Creed, go buy some recent comics and past comics.
He possess adamantium skeleton and claws, healing factor over that of Logan, superhuman strenght between Class 10 and 25 of Strenght, superhuman reflexes, speed, agility, endurance and durability, durability which was also enhanced thanks to the adamantium skeleton.
Scott is a mercyful guy, Creed is an assassin, Creed can dodge his blasts if well written, and can do it with ease, then proceed into beheading Scott and stucking his head to the wall of the danger room as a present for the X-Men.

yeah, cyclops is familiar with sabertooth. he'll go straight for the incapacitating blast. and how is sabertooth now stronger than spiderman and agile enough to dodge a blast that moves approximately as fast as a bullet and is the width of about 10 bullets and the height of 2?

until proven wrong, i'll say that sabertooth is at most class 1 ton, like cable.

I'm extremly sure Sabretooth is now in the 10ton range.

Scans of the issue? no.
But I can tell you the exact issue and page number.

Sabretooth oneshot w/chromium cover.
second to last page.

This is pre-adamantium, though the blast only K.O'd him because of the impact.
