 Question Chasing Sleep *posible spoilers*

I just got done watching the movie "Chasing Sleep". This must be the weirdest movie i've ever seen. I didn't really get it though. If you saw it...could you explain the ending for me? The blood is all over the place...the wife plays the piano...the end! i didn't get it. lol.
