That order is WAY out of sync. Characters like Sinestro and Red Son Superman (you should read the graphic novel) are much higher than you placed them, while others like Juggernaut and WWh should be much lower.
For instance Juggernaut would be BFRd in no time flat (and yes, I know that once Jugz starts to move he cannot be stopped ....but why stop him when you can simply remove the chunk of earth ....say one mile around ...he is standing on and send him special delivery to the most adjacent continental mass from the one you are on).
On the other hand a character like Red Son Superman is far beyond normal Superman in terms of abilities. While Red Son is nowhere near pre-crisis levels, he is still beyond 'normal/current' Kal-El ....and for two main reasons:
1) the Soviet Superman was never holding back, which differentiates him from standard Superman who is always holding back (to the extent that even Supergirl appeared to be stronger than him, but that was simply because she never held back). Now, judicious KMCers will say that per KMC rules both characters are not holding back, and thus Red Son's advantage would be negated. And I would TOTALLY agree on that part (it is just that i wanted to use the same argument those who supported Black Adam used to ---incorrectly --- use. That BA would win because he 'never held back and Superman does.' That is bogus on KMC. Now, BA would have substantial magic advantages, but that would be it. But I digress. Suffice it to say, after the death of Stalin Red Son starts using his powers like a true 'Ubermensch' would.
2) The second point (and the more important one) is that at his peak Red Son was far older than normal Superman, and had absorbed a LOT of solar energy over those years (to the extent that Luthor is worried about it). Kryptonians in a yellow sun environment do not grow older ....they grow stronger. Suffice it to say he pretty much laid to waste an army of Greenlanterns and an army of Amazons (led by WW), and took down an entire rogues gallery of villains released by Luthor, and managed to survive the detonation of several blackholes powering Braniac's ship (and someone please look at the speed he was travelling at when he took the ship .....a huge star ship ....to outerspace ......that is MANY MANY MANY MANY times light speed).
That Superman would destroy 'normal' Superman and Captain Marvel MANY times over.
Yet you put him as no. 3 (and before such 'luminaries' as Blood Axe, Juggernaut and WWH).
Anyways, if I ignore the nature of your list and just comment on the fight, then I would say that Superman and Captain Marvel lose.
And they lose 10/10.
They would NEVER clear the list, and for that matter wouldn't come near Darkseid in the first place.
