Just because I liked him, the original Tri-Sentinal was not only the fusing of three regular Sentinals but I think that Loki also increased it's power, which is why it took the Captain Universe power to defeat it.
Tri-Sentinal will beat Master Mold like he's a badgrl, and either throw Metallo away, or exhibit some brand new ability to absorb him...

Master Mold wins. He is the supreme sentinel, even above the likes of the Tri-Sentinel and Nimrod, and therefore above Metallo as well.
