Polaris vs. Static

This takes place in a city somewhere, but no innocent bystander by to get hurt, so who takes it?

I got 20 bucks on the black guy.

Polaris easily, since he controls both electricity and magnetism(hence Magnetism). What ever Static does, she reverses it.

Iactually give this one to static he is just as good as polaris in battle and he too has electricty and magnetic powers, whatever she does to him eletrically will just be helping him out.
