Alright, I saw this little debate on the SR2 IMDB.com forum. Anyway here's the all MC's abilities you can unlock.
Unlockable:
-Unlimted ammo(minus thrown and special weapons)
-Unlimted sprint
-Reduced damage from cars,explosions and bullets.
-increased melee damage
-No fall damage
-Rapid Healing
-3 different brutal fighting styles.
-Improved weapon accuracy.
Defualt:
-Enhanced strength( He/She can yank payphones out of the ground and toss them with ease)
So, can the MC take on 100% ?

Yeah I thought so, CJ is good but the MC is a damn "super gangsta", and with homies like Gat and Toby Grove st. family doesn't stand a chance.
