He got it from Obito. One of his team member. Obito sacrifice his life to saved Kakashi and there's more to it. And about the Anime there were some epsiode that were made but was not in the manga. For example The revenge of Mitsuki, and that Bug they're looking both of those were not in the manga. Hopefully when those episode will be finished the Kakashi gaiden would be shown.

sorry i got grounded for going out with my girl firend okay that why i have not been able to post yet sry and he is right in the newest one 256 i think he revils it with naruto but naruto doesn't notice and then after word he kinda gets worn out. and i thought that was so cool but is he considered one of the two or does no one realize that he has?? and the anime is behind with is why go for both not just one manga is better in some ways and there r a whole lot of anime not in manga but all manga become anime sooner or later and there reveal it after naruto fight sasuke and then jiyara takes him and trians him.
