well in the second episode of Smallville, Clark beats a guy with insect/spider powers.... and as the series goes on he just gets stronger and faster... then develops heat vision and other stuff
by the end of series 4 peter couldn't possibly hurt him (unless he finds a chunk of Kryptonite that seems to litter the streets of America)

Since there seems to be green Kryptonite lying around everywhere on that show Parker stands the slightest of chances. Barring green Kryptonite being handy, Parker dies.

Clark is already at least a low/mid level Class 100 Strenght guy in SMALLVILLE.
In an episode of season 3, he was overcharged from solar energy and tossed away Kent farm tractor, it landed like 3/4 miles away from the farm.
His durability granted him to survive the explosion of a truck unhurted, like it was nothing.
Spidey's punches are nothing to him, he may toss him away, but just that, he'll get up fine and ready for the rumble.
The only thing that makes Clark different from is future self in SMALLVILLE is that he hasn't mastered flight, after that he'll be ready for the red cape.
Maybe it could be a good match if you add movie versions of:
Dr. Doom.
Fantastic Four
X-Men(Colossus, Wolverine, Storm, Jean Grey with the power level of X-Men 2, Iceman, Pyro, Magneto, Sabretooth)
Hulk
Hercules from the Legendary Journeys tv series
