Before any of you smart aleks interject with "Stark blasts them all," or, "the Avengers just swarm the FF," I ask you to consider what Stark will do when a force field gets placed over the holes of his repulsor rays, or how useful Luke Cage is really going to be....
Doesn't Cage have that magic crowbar now? He'll certainly be more useful than Wolverine. Torch and IW are the problems. With that saying if they don't take those 2 out quickly, the New Avengers would probably lose.
6 out of 10 FF4 due to experience working together as a team.
I think Iron Man has a good chance of taking Johnny down. Johnny is not invulnerable by any means. Iron Man's repulsors can easily cut through tanks. If the beam doesn't kill him, the concussive force of the blast will. IW is the problem. getting through her force field is one, suffocating bubbles are second reason.
still, IW can suffocate Ironman. Then the Human torch burns the rest to death. if spidey and spier-woman manages to escape Johnny's supernova. The FF will eventually wipe em out
That would make a great character like the Wrecker disappear....
And let's face it: The New Avengers is simply not a top-tier team. Not even close. Hell the Teen Titans are a step above them. They only have the friggin Sentry. Add in Wonder Man, Quasar, etc. THAN you have a top-tier team.
It seems that Bendis making the New Avengers an espionage esque team. Especially with the recent storyline, Ronin.
F4 wins easily. Thing takes down Cage in a few minutes if not seconds. Invisible Woman can take out Iron Man pretty quickly. Reed can take out Spiderman and Cap since Reed is elastic and all Spidey and Cap have working for them is concussive force which doesnt work on Reed so he can take them. Human Torch get's seduced by Spider Woman and then killed by Wolverine but then Ben and Sue get ****ing pissed off and slaughter those 2. End of story.
no u know wut i take that back. Thing beats them all. I mean, Wrecker, who is only class 50, nearly beat them. So the Thing, who is Class 100, would wreck their ass. (no pun intended.)
actauly wrecker was up graded. a lot and the last fight he had a fight with thor he beat the shit out of thor so good try. wolverine has shown he more then a match for thing any day and aim to kill well wolverine wont have that hard of a time. invisable woman can in fact sufficate one person yet the piont is can she protect her self well doing it. thats not very likly. spiderman will web her and nail her throu a wall nocking her out or killing her. luke cage spider woman and captian america take on jonny storm and mr fantastic. ocne wolverine and spiderman are done they help and it a easy win for new avanger oh and when iron man recovers from the invisable shield in hsi throte he would help too thou jonny storm and mr. fantastic would long be dead or defeated.
Even the upgraded Wrecker got his ass handed to him by Thing...TWICE. Ironman and Humantorch go back and forth...the two have absorbed one another's blasts before. Wolverine, Cap, and Spiderman could all be occupied by Reed..they simply can't hurt him. IW would eventually beat Spiderwoman, who is actually a pretty tough character.
But in a bloodlust match, every member of the F4 could make a lethal offense against the New Avengers. Thing has beaten Ironman when his armor was malfunctioning, he's also taken on the whole regular Avengers when they had Scarlet Witch, Wonderman, Thor, Ironman, etc...albeit off panel, he apparently neutralized them enough to fight his way out of the Avengers Mansion. IW could impale that whole team with invisible spears. Human torch could also obviously take care of most that team.
