Spider-Man, Superman, & Dark Claw VS Green Lantern, Captain America & Amazon

EACH TEAM GETS ONE DAY OF PREP TO GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAKE THE OTHER TEAM DOWN. THEY ONLY HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY KNOW (for example: superman knows gl, captain america knows spider-man, etc).
well, you all know i pick the DREAM TEAM but what do you all think?
i think that Dark Claw can figure out a way for Superman and Spider-Man to take out GL and Amazon. i know that if it was spur of the moment supes and spidey would loose to those 2. but with supe's leadership and dc's prep, i think the 3 of them can take them out. dark claw can definately take out captain america. and supes can take out gl OR amazon but not both, but it's possible with spider-man's help and a good plan they will come out on top.

and Amazon is Storm & Wonder Woman
i know gl's team seem like they'd win at first but i think that dc's team would think of a better plan.
I'd be inclined to go for the Understudies. But then I remembered Batman has plans to take out pretty much any JLA member that decides to go on a psycho killing spree... And with Supes to help him and a good durability bonus from his Wolverine half, I think Dream Team could take it. Though of course, GL would know that Batman (contrary to popular belief, hehe) cannot actually fly, and neither can Spiderman. So if he and Amazon used an air assault method, then they could take out Supes together then rain death and doom on DC and Spidey.
And unprepped, Supes gets his ass kicked by Hal.
Naturally, after all of this happens, that Catamaran guy eats whoever is still clinging to life...
