im and wm he would beat -- WAYY out of their strength classes and too invulnerable.
mag's would be interesting but i think seid takes him.
doom could conceiveably have something ready for darkseid, but you didn't say prep so i'd give this one to darkseid too. darkseid is like doom only at base MUCH more powerful.
hulk would be cool but it's an easy win via bfr. if they fought it out, hulk COULD beat him, though i think OB would still be too much most of the time . . .
like hulk, seid could win cheap via bfr. unlike hulk though, i don't see juggs as being strong enough to beat darkseid physically, but aside from teleporting him, i'm not sure what the OB could do to juggs. seid is strong enough to rip his helmet off though, and if he got it off, OB would DEFINITELY end it.
namor? if savage hulk doens't get it done, what's he gonna do? OB/strength/invulnerability all too much for namor.
dormmy is a different sort of challenge. the way seid is written nowadays, i'd have to go with dormmy most of the time, though i think that would be an interesting fight. darkseid has potential to beat him -- he's faced and beaten powerful magic users before -- easily. but again, as he's been presented lately, probably dormammu.
