Um, no to all... Jenny Quantam is a reality manipulator of the highest order. Strange (being the most powerful solo act on your list) would have a LOT of trouble with just the Doctor, Jenny is FAR beyond the Doctor's league.

Defenders is the closest you're gonna get... but again, not even the likes of Strange and Silver Surfer can compete with the Doctor for raw power, let alone Jenny.

That's the problem with fighting the Authority. If you can get one person to beat Jenny, they take the rest by themselves. However, beating Jenny/Jeroen is NOT an easy thing to do.

very doubtful the doctor thinks it and it happens thats how his powers are.i only say the jsa cause they got the spectre.
