I would say it is a tie between Dr. Doom and Thanos. Reed and Doom are on the same level but Doom seems to be a little above him in my mind and has the magic advantage so Reed gets left out.
Doom has his magic and power stealing tech, while Thanos has his fleet and knowledge/potential access to cosmic artifacts.
Although I don't know if a week is anywhere close to the amount of time they would need to clear this gauntlet if that is even possible. I could see 3 easily stopping them depending on the versions of Onslaught and Darksied.

Batman , Doom , Terrific , Reed , Steel and Forge gather most of their prep equipment and outfits their strongest team member (I'm assuming that their going to have to psychically battle these guy's) Thanos with a Exo-armour patterned with Forge , Steel ,Doom and reeds help .
This battle armour contains a mother box regulating the energy outflow and just being a mother box (Conforming all of it's powers on it's wearer) , following this also two Hulk-blasters (Guns used by forge which could kill the hulk in 'a few blasts' ) are miniaturised (by doom and reed who grudgingly work together) and placed within the fore-arms , Doom incorporates the asgardian power core to back up the mother box within the suit . It then has the basic upgrades which all members bring , forcefields from doom , Unstable molecules from reed (allowing thanos to use his other powers within the suit) and the rest just generally tinker.
They all hang back while Thanos trashes the other teams with ease, Reed and Doom protecting the weaker members of the 'Think' team (Batman , forge Terrific and Steel).
Upon getting past number two (with relative ease from the magically powered Uber-thanos) Doom uses his Magic/tech to siphon the powers which he stole from the defeated enemies (Hey doom is a bastard , not only does he take your life, but your abilities)
Now we have a team full of Uber thinkers , the powers are all shared equally so their still topping class one hundreds , can fly , use heat vision and speedblitz (from supes) and control their molecules(From apoc) , not counting the various other 'lucky dip o powers' which they gained from the X-men and Outsiders.
Upon Team assholes defeat (Darkseid having gone down first) They salvage the Imperiex probe and use it's remains to create weaker versions of the Entropy Aegis Armopur (They can do this on the fly , hell thanos can crush most of the teams while Doom and his group work behind a magical barrier.
Team Thinker eventually gets all the way to galactus , now near god-like all equipped with uber armour and the combined powers of all their opponents, they then smash through the opposing team with relative ease.
