Batman gets 5 days of rest between fights the other fighters each get 1 full day of prep. The other members can't use there powers but if they have weapons they can use them. Wolverine only has bone claws.

By powers, do you mean all of their abilities? Because Gambit, by his mutant ability definition, has enhanced reflexes due to his mutation. Are things like that taken away, too?
Cuz if they are, Batman gets stopped by Captain America.
If not, Gambit might be able to take him down for a temporary KO with his enhanced reflexes and adamantium staff.
Oh, alright then. Then I believe Gambit has what it takes to put Batman down, even if just temporarily. His enhanced reflexes will allow him to dodge Batman's attacks and allow him to land blows that Batman won't be able to dodge/counter.
If not that, then Captain America definitely takes him out. But I think Gambit can do it.
And that's just if you want internet proof. If you read anything with Gambit in it, he has enhanced reflexes that allow him to do what he does. My statements come from the comic book evidence.
