Archenemy was defeated by a combo of Magik and Nightcrawler. Once they found out his secret (the computer program) he was quickly taken care of.
I'd say Fate and Strange would surely be able to replicate what Magik and Nightcrawler did.
The only difference is they'd do it faster.
the spectre of course michael and his bro lucifer morningstar for sure under that i dont know who would be able to win pre-crisis superman maybe? Odin and Zues and all those guys wouldnt be able to beat this team with prep Strange called the LT what could ALL these guys do if possibly zues and the like would lose Strange can take on dormammu by himself so i dont think he is a factor for the whole team indeed this is a difficult battle.
You would most likely have to get a group of skyfathers together to take on this group or a very large team of their villians. Either way, your not going to find 4 human character who could take them.

Why?
Well, because it is comics and thus it is not real. While it would be nice for writers to have logical coherence that is often not the case. In the real world it is logical that if a lion can kill a wolverine then a leopard can kill a wolverine etc etc etc. After all Lions and Leopards are peak predators, while a Wolverine is a badger sized animal that is a tenth the size of an adult male lion.
However in comics one can have a leopard killing a wolverine (which is realistic) , and then some pages later see another wolverine killing a lion, and elephant, and a pack of killer whales in heat (oh, and the wolverine would be doing this while chewing on a granola bar and strumming on a harp)!
What is 'real' is whatever the writer decides is, and in this case he had Magik (with her itty bitty sword) and Nightcrawler (a mis-shapen creature with a pointy tail and t'porting powers) basically destroy Archenemy.
Anyways, the way Magik found out about AE's weaknesses, and the way N'crawler was utilized to mess up his COMPUTER PROGRAM, is definitely something Fate and Strange could do.
Easily.
Seriously though ....to answer your question. Archenemy basically falls into the logical conundrums that Marvel (and DC) do. For instance having an uber-powerful entity/character/being wreak great havoc, and then having that being stopped by the most ridiculous characters imaginable.
ArchEnemy is a prime example of this inanity.
He is written as slaying (or nearly slaying) some extremely powerful magical beings, and then he is stopped by MAGIK and NIGHTCRAWLER! Who do this by messing up a COMPUTER PROGRAM that had given rise to Archenemy!
That's enough twists-n-turns to make a Wolverine fanboy sane!
