so who wins i know that Thanos is psychic but i dont know how powerful he is i know he has tried to battle Galactus but i also know he lost the fight with him Manchester black has controlled many people at once even outdoing the martian manhunter at times and even affectively using his powers on superman.

Well, it's not clear what offensive psychic abilities thanos has, but iirc he has resisted the most powerful psychics in the marvel universe, including wielders of the mind gem.
