It seems like there is no conventional way to kill Sinister, magic would probably find a way, but Sinister has been studying the human/mutant genome for a very long time, there's no way to tell whether he has information on the Strange genome or not he might have a trick or two up his sleeve. All that aside Sinister is to mundane a threat for Strange to even bother with, and Sinister has never been that interested in base-humans no matter how powerful they are.

Strange's powers have nothing to do with his "genome." they're entirely mystical in nature. Sinister's been studying genetics since the 19th century, but strange has been sorcerer supreme for over a 1000 years by now. (thanks to fighting for the vishanti during a time warp.)
Strange is arguably the single most powerful mortal alive, other than possibly the sentry. Sinister gets atomized here without a thought.

I never said his power had anything to do with his genome (thats why i made reference to base humans which genetically speaking Strange is since is powers are mystic in nature), I was merely saying that a genetic manipulator like Sinsiter may or may not have studied it, if he did he could create a designer gene to eradicate it (though that would take prep).
