If you think Wonder Man can beat Colossus then Wonder Man wins but If not then Juggernaut wins,

strength is not the biggest factor in an arm wrestle, especially if the competetors are equal or close

which ever one has a better technique or skill in it would win. Im going with juggs just because i've seen him in a bunch of bars, and low lifes like that like to arm wrestle to proove themselves

I'm going to have to give it Juggy here. Even current Juggy. He's still in the 100+ ton strength range, don't forget that. It's just his durability that's been weakened really.
