Batman/Omega Red vs Symbiote Spiderman/Venom

no prep. although bats does get his standard arsenal of gadgets which include: Nomex surivial suit, memory cloth cape, batarangs, grapple gun, mini-mines, explosive packets, nerve/tear gas capsules, acetylene torch, fingerprint kit, flexible periscope, blade gauntlets, sonic sounders & single marble(used as a decoy for as som1 walking down steps or stairs) just to get an update on batmans standard equipment big grin

Batman has his sonic sounders. Doesn't that alone knock out the symbiote? Anyways, OR"s pheromones do the trick.
