All of them possess resistance to heat so it would eventually have to come down to who is physically the strongest, Sunspot and Blazing Skull (who I know next to nothing about) have superhuman strength so it comes down to a brawl between them, and since I am more familiar with Sunspot I'm going with him.

Blazing Skull. He's been gradually becoming stronger and more invulnerable since the 40's. Having half of his head ripped away just makes him angry. He's essentially immortal.
