fight takes place in an urban ghost town with no people like off of Black Hawk Down.

Agent Zero is equipped with: Cloaking device in suit, vibranium suit, adamantium-coated knife, dual Colt .45's w/ laser sights, adamantium bullets and extra clips, sniper rifle with adamantium piercing rounds, and dual wrist-mounted plasma blasters on wrists.
The SEALS are equipped with: anything from an M60, SAW(Squad Automatic Weapon) M249, M16's, M4's some with M203 grenade launchers, frag grenades, MP4 submachine guns, M1911A1, P9 9mm Berettas, RPG's anything, any gun or conventional weapon they can get their hands on for immediate use all with extra clips or rounds, ect..
