He would need a near-miracle to ever think of getting past Alan Scott.

As for Parallax ....well, Hal (with the power of Oa) would not only totally obliterate him, but he would destroy and recreate the universe while at it.

As for the others that is debatable .....it is obvious that Captain Marvel will simply NOT be effective (it was shown that adult Kon-El could shield himself easily from magical attacks from Capt. Marvel jr).

WonderWoman will be a major problem since she not only has comparable strength and speed (adult Kon-El has full Kryptonian speed and strength), but she is also a warrior-born and thus can use those attributes to a very well-honed extent. The problem here is the full-blown TK abilities that Kon-El has. He'd be able to hit WonderWoman from a distance with everything that current Superman can use (eg heat vision etc), but at the same time can also devastate her with long-range telekinetic attacks.

Same thing for Exiles Hyperion as was for WonderWoman. Capable character, but once you add in Kon-El's telekinesis then none of his attacks would ever land on the him. He'd be impervious to their attacks.

However Al Scott (unless he jobs) would bring the Star Heart into play, and teach him a thing or two. Kon-El CAN win, but I'd give it to Scott more often than not (say 8 times out of 10 .....probably 9 out of 10 ...actually just go ahead and make it 10/10).

He goes against Parallax he gets turned into a 6 legged-7 toed swamp newt!
And then watched the universe go 'pop' and get remade in the image of Hal Jordan's wickedly crazy mind.

Anyways, he gets to Al Scott and loses .......and that is for the best, because if he gets to Parallax he is going to wish he jobbed to Captain Britain.
