I think Ultimate Hulk could take the Cartoon Titans himself. If he doesn't take out his own teammates first.

Reality wise:

Ultimate Captain America > Robin

Ultimate Thor > Raven (she could go psycho, but it's rare)

Giant Man > Beast boy

Iron Man > Cyborg

Wasp < Starfire

Then the rest do a mob job on Starfire

Or

Ultimate Hulk > Teen Titans(Cartoon Version)

have you seen ultimate avengers hulk are you stupid he
i just watched the movie for a 8th time

he almost kills giant man - 3 times that is,

claps to knock out wasp,

This is the important bit he bangs the hell out of thor after a good fight(he takes out thor with the mighty mjolnir),

and what he does to fury and black widow throws ironman at them,

ironman gets thrown down the shield base onto a jeep .k.o.,

and cap gets kicked through a pile of boxes and punched around a bit more.

so robin can beat him

here it happens like this:

hulk vs all of them - completely obliterates them and slade too plus terra
widow/wasp vs starfire - starfire would kill them.
ironman vs cyborg - iromman drags him from the scene
cap america vs robin - robins neck is snapped
giantman vs beastboy - crushes beast boy
thor vs raven - summons some deadly storm on her she finally gets beaten after a while

I just watched the entire film .

I enjoyed it..alot.

Thor's fight scenes were pretty kick-ass.

But yes , the Teen titans have a 7/10 chance of getting their asses kicked.
