Still too big.
You might want to try cropping it. Sure you'll lose some of the picture, but it'll keep the image from getting pushed down, and making it look bad.
By the way, what program do you use.? You might want to work on your text.

Erm, right, so I guess I should reiterate that the limit is 450x150 pixels. That one's also much too big.
The sigs themselves look really good. You just need to get them smaller. And also probably start using something besides Paint.
Anything really. Microsoft Word might be better.

Your sigs are too big...the biggest they can be is 450x150px and 30kb.
Plus they're just cropped images with text on them. No work at all.
