Hrm... very interesting... I've only read a few comics with shang chi in it.. never anything with richard dragon. but from the sounds of each character.. .I give it a tie.

I've met an armenian guy that was amazing. I also knew a chinese guy that kicked his ass. :P But still race isn't really a definer when it comes to skill, only your devotion to the art.
Cause there's a lot of chinese wannabees.. that act like they know it. And some white guys that actually learned it. I'm asian, and i practice boxing rather than martial arts. I've just found boxing to be more practical for me.
